Natura Vitalis Marketing Plan Teampartner

For the career levels it applies: PV = Points Volume = approx. 1 Euro net.
For the commission it applies: Every item has a commission value (PW), which is the calculation base for the payout of the difference-margin and commission.

In principal three different levels of margins for own orders of a Teampartner do exist:

- 15% for entrants
- 20% for agents
- 30% for managers

The start: Different starter packages available:

  1. Entrants-Sets – grant a margin of 15% to own orders directly
  2. Agents-Sets – grant a margin of 20% to own orders directly
  3. Manager-Sets – grant a margin of 30% to own orders directly

We offer the opportunity to start with an individually selected shopping cart. Please note: The first order needs a value of at least 80 PV.

The difference-margin is the basis of the points value currently in force for orders of teampartners of the own downline. Example: In the case that an agents make an order with an agent-margin of 20%, the manager which stands above gets a difference-margin of 10% of the points value of the item, which is currently in force.


Activestatus/ qualification for commission:
The activestatus for the calendar month and the qualification for all commissions is generated if a team partner (relates to the position of Manager) reaches 450 PV with own orders, orders by clients that order on the personalised customer shop, entrants und agents turnover in a calendar month and the qualification for all commissions is obtained.


Marketing levels:

  1. Customers: Customers purchase the products at the recommended retail price from the responsible team partner either directly or through the latter’s shop

  2. NV Entrants: Entrants are the team partners who participate in the marketing concept through Starter Package (entrants) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 80 PV) have their own personalised back office with customer shop, and have accepted and comply with the Natura Vitalis General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

  3. NV Agents: Agents are the team partners who participate in the marketing concept through Starter Package (agents) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 300 PV), or NV entrants or have achieved cumulative sales in a month of 300 PV, have their own personalised back office with customer shop, and have accepted and comply with the Natura Vitalis General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

  4. NV Managers: Managers are the team partners who have started with Starter Package (manager) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 2.000 PV), or have achieved cumulative sales in a month of 2,000 PV, have their own personalised back office with customer shop, and have accepted and comply with the Natura Vitalis T&Cs.
    The qualification of Manager is valid from the month of qualification for a further 11 months and must be reconfirmed by active status at least 2 times in the current year, or through requalification with sales of 2,000 PV by the end of the 11th month.
  1. NV Team Managers: A manager qualifies as a team manager if he achieves at least 6,000 PV in a calendar month with his own orders, orders from his beginners and consultants of his downline from the first 3 manager levels and even at least the active status (450 PV).

  2. NV International Team Managers: Managers can qualify as International Team Managers by achieving turnover of at least 12,000 PV in a calendar month through own sales and the total sales from the first 3 Manager levels, and personally hold at least active status (450 PV).

  3. NV Junior Team Director: Managers can qualify as Junior Team Director by achieving turnover of at least 25,000 PV in a calendar month from the first 3 Manager levels, and personally hold at least active status (450 PV).

  4. NV Team Directors: Managers can qualify as Team Directors by achieving turnover of at least 50,000 PV in a calendar month from the first 3 Manager levels, and personally hold at least active status (450 PV).

  5. NV President`s Team: Managers can qualify for the President`s Team by achieving turnover of at least 100,000 PV in 3 serial calendar months from the first 3 Manager levels, and personally hold at least active status (450 PV).

  6. NV Diamonds Club: Managers can qualify to the Diamonds club by achieving turnover of at least 250,000 € in 3 serial calendar months in the first 3 manager levels, and personally hold at least active status (450 PV).

The following applies to all Team Partners: Renewal of the annual Team Partnership is subject to a fee of €60.00 net for the back office with personalised customer shop.


Commission structure:

Trade margin: A maximum of 30% discount on the goods purchased


Manager profit share:

Manager Level 1: 7% of the achieved commission value of this level

Manager Level 2: 10% of the achieved commission value of this level

Manager Level 3: 7% of the achieved commission value of this level


Team bonus:

NV International Team Managers receive a team bonus on their entire Manager organisation of 2% of the commission value and up to the next International Team Manager after qualification in the following month.

NV Team Directors receive a team bonus of the commission value on their entire manager organisation of 4% to the next qualified team director, from their next International Team Manager of 2% in the following month.

The President’s Team receive a team bonus of the commission value on their entire Manager organisation of 6%, on the next qualified international team manager of 4%, from the next Team Director of 2%.

The President’s Team member share 1% of the monthly Network turnover (net), which is equal to a standard commission value factor of 0.5, through participation in a Bonus Pool.

From reaching a Team Bonus level, the status is preserve without further qualification for 12 months. The monthly payment amount is always based on the points (PV) actually achieved in the calendar month with the first 3 manager levels.


Definitions:


The customer:
A new customer is listed automatically under the corresponding ID number of the team partner if the new customer places his first order on the personalised web shop of a team partner and the team partner gets the corresponding commission. This rule holds for all orders of this customer while the duration of the team partnership, even if the customer orders directly at NV or on a web shop of another team partner in between. The team partner gets all commission of these orders if he won this new customer.


Entrant:
An Entrant is a team partner who starts their Natura Vitalis business with Starter Package (Entrants) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 80 PV) is then granted 15% purchase discount on own orders and can recruit further team partners and customers for their downline.

If an Entrant achieves cumulative turnover of 300 PV in a calendar month, he/she is upgraded to Agent status with 20% purchase discount on own orders.


Agent:
An Agent is a team partner who starts their Natura Vitalis business with Starter package (agent) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 300 PV) is then granted 20% purchase discount on own orders and can recruit further team partners and customers for their downline through.

If an Agent achieves cumulative turnover of 2,000 PV in a calendar month, he/she is upgraded to Manager status with 30% purchase discount on own orders.


Manager:
A Manager is a team partner who starts their Natura Vitalis business with Starter package (manager) or with an individually selected shopping cart (at least 2.000 PV), or whether alone or with customers, Entrants and Agents, achieves cumulative turnover in a calendar month of 2,000 PV, up to the next Manager level.

Income from trade margin: Where an Entrant, Agent or Manager has customer turnover through a personalised customer shop, he/she is entitled to this trade margin of the commission value even if active status has not been achieved.


Active status:
Active status relates to the position of Manager and means that in return for monthly payment of the Manager profit share and team bonus, monthly turnover of at least 450 PV must be achieved from own orders, customer orders and/or team partners (excluding Manager levels).


Manager profit share:
The 3 Manager levels on which a manager profit share is paid are at the same time the qualification levels for the team status of Team Managers, up to the Diamonds Club.


Team bonus:
Starting from International Team Manager level, a Manager with active status is entitled to a team bonus.

Depending on the Manager Team status, the bonus can amount to 2% / 4% or 6% and extends beyond the 3 Manager levels and into the limitless depths of the individual’s own downline. This bonus ends with an equal claim in the depth and leads to a difference-margin at a higher claim.


Downgrading of inactive team partners:
In the case of inactivity lasting more than 12 months (see Manager qualification), the team partner is downgraded by one level at a time.

From Manager to Agent, from Agent to Entrant until ultimately the Entrant is only viewed as a customer.

If a Manager loses his/her status through inactivity, he/she also loses entitlement to a Manager profit share and the team bonus resulting from an existing downline.


Commission value (PW):
The commission value is the calculation base, which is relevant for the payout of the commission or difference-margin.


Example:
A customer of a qualified International Team Manager orders 1x IQ Stoffwechselkur. The product has a net selling price of 233.52€. The commission value is the factor 0.70 in this case.

In this case, the calculation base for the difference-margin is 163.46€ (net selling price x commission value / 233.52€ x 0.70).

The difference-margin (30% of the commission value) is therefor 49.04€ net.

The calculation base for the Manager-profit share a team bonus is 114.42€ (commission value deducting 30% trade margin, which means 70% of 163.46.€).

The claim of the international team manager of the first manager level is 9% (7% = Manager-profit share and 2% = team bonus) = 10.30€ net.


Line:
Line is the term we use for the structure tree without regard for team levels, just as the actual sponsor sequence structures the family tree.


Manager level
: Manager level is the term we use for the structure tree, analogous to the definition for “Line”, but reduced only to the Manager status.


Line qualification as Manager:
Entrants or Agents can qualify together as Managers in a line if the under most team partner in the line qualifies as Manager in a calendar month and the higher-up Entrants and Managers achieve turnover of their own in the same month in at least the amount that is necessary to qualify for active status.

For the qualification as Manager, a turnover point (PV) can only be credited once; however, it is sufficient if the team partners who are structured above them achieve turnover of their own in the same month at least in the amount necessary for recognition of active status.

Examples of a line of team partners A – B – C who wish to become Managers in the same calendar month:

- A = 450 PV / B = 2,000 PV

In this example, team partners A and B became Managers.

- A = 450 PV / B = 450 PV / C = 2,000 PV

In this example, team partners A, B and C became Managers.

Dynamic compression: The marketing plan holds a permanent installed dynamic compression. This means that inactive team partners are skipped in the corresponding calendar month and the downline-turnover is moved up by the corresponding inactive levels. This brings the upline the maximum claim of commission and does not block the inactive lines.
